Every plan here is built specifically for you, based on:

  • Where you are in the season and your local climate

I don’t sell templates or one-off plans. Good training requires continuity, not random workouts.

Structured Programming — $99/month

Custom training without coaching access.

This option is for athletes who want professionally built programming but are comfortable executing independently.

  • Fully custom training plan, built specifically for you

  • Designed around your goals, schedule, and constraints

  • Managed entirely in TrainingPeaks

  • Includes pacing guidance and exercise demos

  • No messaging or coaching feedback

  • No mid-month changes (plan updates happen at renewal if you continue)

  • I don’t create random one-month plans. Custom programming requires continuity.

Best for: Motorsports athletes who want expert structure and direction, but don’t need ongoing communication or plan changes.

Custom training with scheduled guidance.

This option is for athletes who want fully customized programming and regular input, without day-to-day access.

  • Fully custom training, built and adjusted specifically for you

  • Managed entirely in TrainingPeaks

  • Programming is reviewed and updated once per week

  • TrainingPeaks messaging for notes/questions between reviews

  • Responses handled during the weekly review window (not same-day)

  • Includes pacing guidance and exercise demos

  • Not real-time or on-demand messaging

Best for: Motorsports athletes who want expert eyes on their training, thoughtful adjustments as the plan unfolds, and clear guidance — without constant access.

Custom training with ongoing, real-time support.

This is complete coaching. Programming, decisions, and strategy evolve continuously as training and life change.

  • Fully custom training, continuously adapted

  • Managed entirely in TrainingPeaks

  • Unlimited TrainingPeaks messaging

  • Adjustments made as needed, not on a fixed schedule

  • Includes one scheduled 30-minute video call per month.

  • Additional calls: $100 per 30 minutes

  • Guidance around fatigue, stress, missed sessions, travel, and injury management

  • Includes pacing guidance and exercise demos

Best for: Motorsports athletes who want an actively involved coach, real-time decision support, and training that adapts quickly when things don’t go to plan.

In-Person Training — $100/hour

Hands-on coaching, local and on-site.

This option is for athletes seeking in-person guidance on movement quality, strength training, technique, or return-to-training decisions.

  • Available locally in Wimberley, TX

  • On-site sessions by arrangement (day rate + travel billed separately)

  • Strength training, movement quality, and technique-focused work

  • Useful for injury history, weak links, or return-to-training support

  • Can be combined with any online programming or coaching option

  • Session focus agreed in advance (strength/movement quality/technique/return-to-training)

  • Minimum 1 hour; packages available.

Best for:
Motorsports athletes who need hands-on feedback you can’t get remotely

On-Site Intensive (Travel Required) — Custom Quote

A focused, hands-on assessment + setup day for athletes who want the fastest path to a clean, executable plan.

  • Movement + load screens (and technique priorities)

  • TrainingPeaks setup + tools/workflow cleanup

  • Program priorities + starter structure you can execute immediately

  • Full custom plan delivered after the session (timeline set in advance)

  • Limited availability; travel billed separately

Day rate: $2,000/day + travel
Unlimited Access clients: $500 off the day rate (=$1,500/day + travel)

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer one-off or single-month plans?
No. I don’t create random one-month plans. Custom training requires continuity to be effective and responsible. All options assume an ongoing training relationship.

Are the training plans prebuilt or templated?
No. Every plan is built specifically for the athlete using it. The difference between tiers is access and adjustment frequency, not whether the training is custom.

What sports do you coach?
I work primarily with riders and athletes in endurance, strength-endurance, and technical sports, including motocross, cycling, and related disciplines. If you’re unsure whether your sport is a fit, email me.

Do you use TrainingPeaks?
Yes. All programming and communication are managed through TrainingPeaks. It’s required so training, feedback, and context live in one place.

How much communication do I get?
It depends on the tier. Structured Programming includes no messaging. Guided Coaching includes scheduled weekly review and messaging. Unlimited Access Coaching includes ongoing, real-time communication.

Can I change coaching tiers later?
Yes. Athletes can move up or down as needs, schedule, or budget change. Tier changes usually happen at the start of a new training block.

Is this appropriate for beginners?
Yes — if you want to train with structure and intention. Beginners who want accountability or guidance usually do best in Guided or Unlimited Coaching rather than plan-only programming.

What if I miss workouts, travel, or get injured?
That’s part of real training. In Guided and Unlimited Coaching, adjustments are made based on what actually happens, not what was planned on paper.
