Coachseiji.com’s Training Center

Coach Seiji recently founded and is operating a CrossFit affiliate in Bastrop, TX (www.crossfitstrive.net), which is the closest large town to his SX and MX tracks. This new facility is decked out with the latest and greatest functional training equipment. The facility is open but is also still under construction. In addition to the 4500 square foot exercise area, there are two other buildings that total an additional 4200 square feet. Shower, bathroom and office facilities are currently being built and near future plans include a physical therapy/massage therapy/Pilates area. Rider apartments are also a possiblity. The facility is on almost 2 acres to facilitate outdoor programs such as football training.

The SX track (changed seasonally) and the national caliber outdoor track dominates the 50 acre pasture. An automatic irrigation system for both tracks is completed and a few RV sites are in place with many more being planned. With the CrossFit Strive Bastrop facility, this will truly be a one stop shop for complete motorsports fitness training.

Coach Seiji is currently utilizing the CrossFit Strive Bastrop facility (for CrossFit and "regular" strength/mobility sessions) and his tracks to train his and personal training clients. Immediate plans include camps and other group training activities. Future activities may include longer term training camps. The future looks bright for Coach Seiji and his personal training clients!
