Each training plan is administered through a Training Peaks account which allows the training plan to be delivered via internet and allows all workout data to be recorded, reviewed and graphed. Other data such as nutritional intake, physical parameters and fatigue indicators can also be recorded and reviewed. The rider can track as many factors as he or she deems necessary or helpful. You will also receive multiple avenues of support: the “How What Why of MX Training” is a comprehensive and ever growing document that outlines the principles of training, physiological responses to training, goal settting and other aspects of the training and self coaching process. You will receive free updates every time knowledge is added to this document as long as you have an active training plan. You will also be granted access into the coachseiji.com training plan support forum. This is also an ever expanding source of important information and help. Your training plan will include the always welcomed discounts on goods and services that the self coached athlete can utilize to help aid in training and competition; again and ever growing resource that will always be shared with training plan subscribers.
How does this work?
