Shorty Injured at San Diego

Supercross.com/Honda pilot #29 Andrew Short suffered a high speed get off during his heat race at the San Diego edition of the 2012 Monster Energy Supercross Series. Andrew ran into another rider's rear wheel as several riders pinched each other off as they were hurtling down the start straight. Andrew high sided and the momentum of his body threw him off the front and into the ground where he was also ran over by another rider. Andrew visited the Asterisk Mobile Medical unit and determined that there wasn't any broken bones and a shoulder dislocation was unlikely but the pain was too much to continue racing for the night. 

Andrew is back at home and making his imaging and doctor's visits as this is written. Stay tuned for more updates.
