Currier Finishes With Top Scores at Ponca City!

The 36th Annual Ponca City Grand National is drawing to a close and Coachseiji.com online coaching client #36 Landon Currier has had a successful week of competition.

Currier, a proud member of the powerful Rockstar Energy Suzuki Amateur Team, battled the tough racing conditions in Oklahoma: an extremely hot climate and a dry, difficult track with almost no lines.

His practice and training in Texas these past couple of weeks has paid off, helping him to earn top spots in almost all of his Pro classes.  After excelling at the first motos, Currier continued the tradition by running up front in the second Pro Class motos:

3rd- 250 Stock Pro   4th- 250 Mod Pro    3rd- 450 Stock Pro

He achieved the following overall class finishes:

3rd- 250 Stock Pro   3rd- 250 Mod Pro     3rd- 450 Stock Pro

Landon will go on to race at the 30th Annual Red Bull AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship at Loretta Lynn’s in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee the week of August 1-6, 2011.  Coach Seiji is proud of Currier’s accomplishments and looks forward to helping him achieve his goals at Loretta’s!
