Coach Seiji Clients Find Success at the Mini O’s!

The 39th Annual Thor National Winter Olympics was as enjoyable as ever and produced successes for Coach Seiji personal training client #108 Rusty Potter and coachseiji.com online coaching client #23 Jamison Duclos.

Rockstar Suzuki amatuer rider Rusty Potter’s Thanksgiving week was highlighted by two top 10 finishes in the highly competitive A classes. Although struggling with starts, Rusty was able to earn a 6th place moto finish in Open A/Pro Am Modified and a 9th place moto finish in 250 A/Pro Am Modified during the MX portion of the Olympics. Rusty finished out the week strong, carding class finishes of 8th in Open A/Pro Am Mod, 10th in Open A/Pro Am Stock and 14th in 250 A/Pro Am Mod. The Open class finishes were a nice surprise as Rusty has only been on the 450 for three months.

Rock River Powersports mini rider Jamison Duclos had some defnite breakthrough motos at the Mini O’s this year! Jamison earned both his first holeshot and top 5 finish at a major amateur national in a 85 (9-11) Stock MX moto, producing a 11th place class finish. Jamison also garnered a 6th place moto finsih in 85 (9-11) Mod, converting that breakthrough ride to a 10th place class finish. Jamison will advance in age group and will begin piloting a Supermini and all signs look good for the continuation of the momentum he gained at the Mini O’s.

Coach Seiji would like to congratulate both riders for outstanding efforts and thier families for the hospitality during Thanksgiving week. It’s hard to stay away from home during this holiday but with stellar racing efforts and hospitality shown, Coach is already looking forward to next year!
